We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our team at our Erith office. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Handle inbound calls and assist customers with product inquiries and orders.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Order Processing:
Efficiently process customer orders and provide accurate information on product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Collaborate with other departments to fulfil customer requests promptly.
Sales Support:
Identify upselling opportunities and promote additional products to meet customer needs.
Provide support to the sales team in achieving overall company sales targets.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
Utilise basic administrative skills and potentially Sage50 knowledge for order tracking.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Basic computer skills; familiarity with Excel and Sage50 is a plus but not mandatory.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow with the company.
