Sales Designer - Office Based

24,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (40K-50K realistic OTE)
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Convert

inbound customer enquiries

into confirmed orders--no cold calling involved. Create stunning bedroom designs using our

CAD system

(training provided via a 3-day course). Use your sales expertise to uncover customer needs, present solutions, and guide them to a confident buying decision. Offer advice on layouts, interiors, and customisations with high attention to detail.

Follow our proven sales process

to handle objections, demonstrate value, and deliver exceptional service.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 3 years of sales experience

in a direct sales environment (Retail sales doesn't count here). Strong communicator with a natural ability to inspire trust and action over the phone. Technically minded and

IT literate

--you'll be working with CRM systems and design software. Objection handling skills and the ability to close confidently and collaboratively. Detail-oriented, upbeat, and hungry for results. Must be comfortable working on-site and available for

1 rotating Saturday / Sunday morning (from Home)

(with time off in lieu) and

day time shifts from the office 11am to 7pm.

SCHEDULE

Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts from the office 11am to 7pm. It's when our customers are available for Zoom Calls and telephone appointments. We expect the same availability from our designers. Rotating Saturday and Sunday mornings (From Home) (1 in 2)
REQUIREMENTS

Sales: 3 years (Required)
