As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales and Distribution Advisor to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing incoming enquiries and maintaining strong relationships.
Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into customers.
Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and accurate stock control.
Be part of the logistics and warehouse team to ensure smooth distribution operations.
Maintain accurate records of transactions, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or distribution (preferred but not essential - training provided).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
IT literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
