An exciting opportunity is available for a Sales and Events Administrator to join the team.

This is a full-time position, based at our office at Bachilton Farm outside Perth.

In general, this role will work Monday to Friday, but we do need flexibility to meet business demands and to support our wider teams. We fully understand the value of our people working flexibly, from a personal perspective as well as a business perspective, and encourage our people to do so when practical and possible.

Key Responsibilities



Sales Support:



- Handling Sales Enquiries:Responding to incoming sales enquiries, clarifying clients' requirements, and issuing sales proposals.

- Managing bookings: Prepare Sales contracts and provide Accounts with sales details for invoicing.

Event Coordination:



- Liaising with clients, venues, caterers, staff & contractors to ensure the smooth running of each event.

- Working as part of the Operations Team, ensure all required arrangements are in place for each event.

Administrative Tasks:



- Updating our CRM, maintaining records, and preparing event-related documentation. Preparation of Event materials as required.

- Provide day-to-day office administration duties and handle incoming calls.

- Update online and offline events and activity calendars.

- Assist with the generation of training documentation (Insights Profiles).

- Assist in co-ordinating and conducting venue tours for potential clients.

- Be available to assist with other aspects of the business as needed.

This is a full-time position with a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Required Skills



Previous experience demonstrating strong organisation skills, attention to detail and excellent customer service. Demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively. Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint. Experience using a CRM system. Training will be provided on our system. Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle is a must. A real team player with a can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
