Sales and Production Administrator

to handle key logistics and goods-handling duties in our workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

Booking in goods received and ensuring traceability through the system. Locating and managing parts after inspection. Kitting components for production jobs. Compiling shortage lists - assisting account managers with keeping it updated. Assisting Purchasing Manager with chasing overdue purchase orders. Packing finished parts to customer specifications. Arranging shipments with customers and external couriers - UK and international. Organising domestic and international shipments, creation of relevant export documentation. Compiling despatch and quality documentation including CofC to customer portals within permitted timeframes. Some ad hoc administrative duties, filing delivery notes, material Certs, CofC etc.

What We're Looking For:

Strong IT skills (Excel, ERP systems, customer portals etc.) Meticulous attention to detail and high levels of accuracy. A hands-on, hard-working team player who takes pride in their work. Good communication skills and confidence dealing with couriers and customers. Flexible, reliable and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Valid UK driving licence for doing local courier drops.

Experience in a similar despatch/logistics role within engineering or manufacturing is preferred

, particularly in the motorsport or aerospace sectors.

Pay: 22,880.00-26,000.00 per year
