Sales & Events Executive
to join our central reservations team.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries across all four of our venues. From bottle package sales and event bookings to general questions about our venues, you'll handle it all with a positive, professional attitude. You'll also lend a hand with event planning and coordination when extra support is needed - helping us deliver unforgettable experiences across our venues.
What you'll do:
Manage all inbound calls to our central reservations line.
Respond to emails and messages from customers about bookings, products, and venue information.
Take and manage reservations, including bottle packages and private event enquiries.
Assist with event planning and coordination during busy periods or larger events.
Provide knowledgeable, friendly service that reflects the spirit of our venues.
Work closely with venue teams to ensure smooth handovers and top-notch guest experiences.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Previous hospitality experience (bar, restaurant, hotel - all great!)
Strong admin and communication skills.
Experience in a receptionist or call centre role (ideal but not essential.)
Familiarity with hospitality booking platforms such as Seven Rooms, ResDiary, or Zonal Tables.
A proactive and professional approach to customer service.
Interest in Event sales.
