We are currently looking for an Sales and Events Manager to join our team. The role will come with the following responsibilities:
Leading all site incoming enquiries for venue hire and large group bookings
Attending the bigger events on the day to ensure that it is running smoothly and being the main point of contact for the client
Managing the diary (Design My Night) on our booking platform
Acting upon incoming enquiries as received in a timely manner
Developing and maintaining personable relationships with clients and colleagues
Liaising with existing and prospective clients regarding their event requirements and creating bespoke proposals in line with company pricing policy
Upselling where possible to ensure maximum profitability of the event
Arranging & attending client viewings & tastings
Maintaining the event diary & CRM system
Raising detailed function sheets for each event
About you
Expeirence of working within sales teams within hospitality industry Resourceful with the ability to solve problems creatively and with limited guidance Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing Flexible and hands-on, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced and changing environment Confident speaking in public
Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 basic salary plus commissions - Depending on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
