Sales & Events Manager

to join our team and help grow our events offering.

What you'll do:

? Support the management team in coordinating, delivering and being the onsite contact for private and corporate events.

? Handle client enquiries, show potential customers around the venue, and handover client details and any potential partnership information.

? Develop new business opportunities by building relationships with local companies, event planners, and community groups.

? Promote Barca Bar's spaces and services through creative marketing ideas and proactive networking

? Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communications.

? Manage event logistics such as setup, breakdown, and ensuring the venue is prepared for each event.

? Communicate on the day with vendors, entertainers, and clients to confirm event details and timelines.

What we're looking for:

? Previous experience in events, hospitality, or sales/business development (preferred but not essential).

? Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

? Confident communicator with great interpersonal skills.

? A proactive, self-motivated approach to growing business opportunities.

? It is expected that you will work Friday evenings and weekends (Tuesday-Saturday contract).

Salary 30k per annum

Opportunity to earn 5k per annum in bonuses
