Sales and Fitness Manager

What are we looking for?

A energetic and passionate Sales Manager to drive the sales of Jetts Rothwell and build the membership base. Someone with a fitness background and who is looking develop more skills within the industry.

What is the focus of the role?

As Sales Manager communication, organisation and energy are the foundation of the following activities: Exceptional communication skills Outstanding customer service values A proven track record of delivering a successful sales process A confident team leader High self-motivation and drive Help the growth of the business by bringing in new members from corporate drives Keep the retention of the club high by member interaction/ competitions/ member experience

What skills do you need?

Experience within the fitness industry Experience of managing and organising outreach events Be able to think outside of the box to constantly drive new sales Level 2 Fitness instructor & Level 3 personal trainer qualification would be ideal for the role

Pay: 26,000.00-28,400.00 per year
