We are a well-established estate agency in Ealing, specializing in sales, lettings, property management, and estate management. As one of West London's leading independent estate management specialists, our agency has over 30 years of experience in the industry.
We are currently recruiting for a full-time Sales and Lettings Administrator to join our team and play a key role in these departments.
Key Responsibilities
Responding to enquiries via telephone and email, and assisting clients in the office
Arranging and managing property viewings
Qualifying prospective lettings applicants
Completing tenant referencing
Drafting and issuing tenancy agreements, compliance documents, and conducting Right to Rent checks
Arranging inventory check-ins
Checking, uploading, and filing documents on Jupix
Producing window cards and property brochures
Conducting pre-let inspection visits
Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors during the pre-let stage
Carrying out general ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Requirements
Previous experience as a competent Administrator, ideally within a sales or lettings environment
Strong communication and administrative skills
Friendly, positive attitude with the ability to use initiative and solve problems
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Flexible, honest, and driven, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
Full UK manual driving licence (own car preferable)
Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong IT skills
Excellent professional telephone manner
