Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company goals. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our products. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

Proven experience in a sales role or similar customer-facing position is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; multilingual abilities are an advantage. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining client records. A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
