SALES AND LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR



Our client is currently seeking a dynamic Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join their team.

Salary - 50,000 Year One



Car Allowance



Responsibilities:

- Conduct property viewings for potential buyers and tenants

- Negotiate sales and rental agreements with clients

- Manage enquiries from prospective buyers and tenants

- Liaise with landlords and vendors to arrange property listings

- Maintain accurate records of property listings and client interactions

- Assist in marketing properties through various channels

- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales or letting process

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience in real estate or sales is essential.



- Administrative skills for managing documentation and client records

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 22,000.00-55,000.00 per year
