The Role:
We're looking for a strong, confident individual to lead the Sales, Lettings, and Property Management side of the company.
You won't be expected to build everything from scratch -- we'll have processes, systems, and structures already in place -- but we are looking for someone who can take ownership of their role, drive standards, and build lasting client relationships.
We want someone who can take the lead within their department, grow with the business, and show their worth as Keyturn expands.

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in lettings, sales, or property management
Ability to work within systems while bringing your own energy and ideas
Strong communication skills -- able to deal with landlords, tenants, and buyers professionally
Ambition to develop as the business grows
Lead and manage the sales and lettings team to achieve targets and enhance performance.
Oversee administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations and documentation.
Oversee property viewings, negotiating terms effectively to close deals.
