We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating property sales and lettings, ensuring an exceptional experience for clients. Duties
Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Conduct viewings of properties, providing detailed information to potential buyers and tenants.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the terms.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings using our administrative systems.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop marketing strategies for properties on the market.
Stay updated on local market trends and property legislation to provide informed advice to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Previous administrative experience is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective client interaction.
