We are looking for an

enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Lettings Negotiator

to join our dynamic team! You'll play a key role in helping buyers and tenants find their ideal homes, while delivering an outstanding level of customer service to both clients and landlords.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Duties

Respond promptly and professionally to email and phone enquiries. Proactively contact potential buyers for new properties on the market. Arrange and conduct property viewings. Actively tout and canvass for new instructions and properties. Negotiate sales between buyers and sellers. Address and resolve queries from both buyers and sellers.

Lettings Duties

Handle lettings enquiries via email and phone. Match tenants with suitable rental properties. Arrange and conduct rental viewings. Process reference and credit checks for prospective tenants. Ensure tenant and landlord requirements are aligned. Address landlord and tenant questions and concerns professionally.

Additional Responsibilities

Manage client paperwork and booking appointments accurately. Assist with general office administration, including reception duties. Register new applicants (buyers and tenants) and update records. Promote properties using various marketing techniques and platforms. Ensure all listed properties comply with regulations.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and positive attitude. The ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment. Previous experience in property sales or lettings (preferred but not essential). A valid UK driving licence and own car.
