In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the sale and rental of properties, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth transaction process for clients. Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Conduct viewings of properties, showcasing their features and benefits.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to achieve favourable outcomes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends and regulations.
Prepare and manage property listings across various platforms.
Provide administrative support including preparing contracts, agreements, and other documentation.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and lettings.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Administrative experience is essential for handling documentation and client records accurately.
Multilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with a broader client base.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service excellence.
Previous experience in sales or lettings is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
