We are a boutique property firm based in Victoria, managing a high-quality portfolio of approximately 100 rental properties across London and currently marketing around 15 sales listings. As we enter our peak summer season, we are looking for a proactive and personable
Sales & Lettings Negotiator
to join our small, dynamic team.
About the Role
This is a hybrid position covering both sales and lettings. You'll be based in our Victoria office, working closely with our Director and existing team to support applicants, landlords, and buyers throughout the property process.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualify applicants via phone, email, and our CRM system
Arrange and conduct viewings (using public transport or Uber allowance)
Communicate with tenants to coordinate access where required
Receive and present offers to the Director
Issue holding deposit requests (lettings) or sales memorandums (sales)
Maintain clear communication with applicants, landlords, and buyers throughout the process
What We're Looking For
Experience in residential property (sales and/or lettings) preferred
Confident, articulate communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to workload
CRM experience desirable but not essential
No driving licence required -- we cover public transport and provide a daily Uber allowance
