We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for clients looking to buy, sell, rent, or let properties, guiding them through every step of the process with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your proactive approach will help turn prospects into satisfied customers while contributing to our reputation for outstanding service. You must also have a full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle.

Duties



Take on new properties and bring them to market (advertise). Generate and book valuations and viewings. Qualify and service new applicants including taking deposits and referencing. Carry out property viewings and inspections including check-in and check outs. Negotiate offers and progress lets to exchange & completion. Administer tenancies after receiving all funds (with support). Provide outstanding customer service. Assist manager on ad-hoc tasks if required

Qualifications



Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, ideally within property or real estate sectors. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively. Demonstrated ability to negotiate confidently while maintaining professionalism. A proactive attitude with excellent organisational skills to manage multiple clients simultaneously. Knowledge of relevant property laws, regulations, or licensing requirements is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
