25,000 - 32,000 Annual On Target Earnings.

16,000 - 18,000 Basic Annual Salary is Experience Dependent.

Working Hours:

Full Time Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm Alternate Saturdays (with a day-off in lieu during the week): 10am - 5pm

Must be comfortable with dogs.

Freedom Homes is looking for an experienced Sales/Lettings Negotiator to join our successful Sales & Lettings team as we expand our property portfolio.

We are open to hearing from those who have had experience as either a Sales or Lettings Negotiator in an estate agency.

We are a leading property management company in Peterborough, specialising in shared accommodation for working professionals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Coordinating & conducting property viewings Meeting and surpassing set targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Liaising with landlords and potential landlords Taking on landlords for fully management service Generating valuable leads for prospective tenants and landlords Speaking with potential landlords and investors Progressing and following up on sales and lettings deals Ensuring the CRM system is continually updated with the latest applicant information Actively prospecting and generating leads through various channels Listing properties Negotiating sales contracts, purchase offers, and rental agreements on behalf of clients.

To be considered for this role, you need:

A full UK driving licence and own transport Must have at least 2 years experience in Sales and/or Lettings HMO knowledge is a plus, but not essential
