We now have an opening in the Sales and Lettings department at Henley. As we are in the process of re-growing this part of the Henley business, the position available encompasses both disciplines, albeit the majority of this role will involve the lettings and management of our rental portfolio. A knowledge of residential lettings would be useful although, training will be provided, and the successful candidate will be required to enrol onto the ARLA level 3 qualification.
Additionally, the role will involve the marketing and selling of property and so the candidate will need to have or develop a knowledge of the selling process and the regulations and laws that go with this. On going training will be provided.
Proposed working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm with an hour lunch. Every other Saturday 9:00am to 2:00pm. Generous holiday package.
Salary commensurate with experience and on application. Salary range 26,000 - 32,000.
Requirements
The successful applicant must have their own car with appropriate business use insurance, along with a clean driving licence.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions efficiently.
Proficient in administrative tasks, including data entry and record keeping.
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
