The Role

We're looking for a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our team. No previous estate agency experience is required - we'll provide full training. What matters most is your enthusiasm, communication skills, and drive to succeed. This is a client-facing role where you'll build relationships, guide people through their property journey, and play a key part in growing our business.

Key Responsibilities

-Meeting and greeting clients, both in person and over the phone

- Booking and conducting property viewings

- Building rapport and maintaining strong client relationships

- Supporting the sales and lettings process from enquiry to completion- Promoting our brand with professionalism and integrity

- Working closely with the team to achieve individual and office targets
