Bagleys Sales and Property Management Ltd are estate and letting agents based in Kidderminster who cover Worcestershire and the West Midlands.

We are a local, independent business with a high value on "good old fashioned customer service". We thrive on the faced paced varied enquiries and are looking for a motivated individual to support our team.

The role requires strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently to ensure the smooth operation of our office. We are looking for a proactive and reliable assistant to support our existing team who is detail orientated and highly organised.

Answering the phone, organising, following up with clients, giving advice and showing properties are just some of the tasks of a Lettings/Sales Administrator. Also, there is the organising of repairs, marketing and the inevitable filing.

Candidates must satisfy the following criteria to be considered:

GCSE or equivalent grade C or above in English Language and Mathematics Effective communicator via phone and in writing with a minimum 1 years experience within customer services You will be required to provide a suitable vehicle in connection with the duties of this post To work outside normal office hours from time to time Strong understanding of Microsoft systems Experience within lettings/sales preferred
Job Type: Permanent contract with 3 months probationary

Contract length: 3 months probationary to permanent

Pay: 16,000 per annum
