As a Sales and Marketing Advisor, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies for our company. You will work closely with the management team to set goals, develop initiatives, and analyze market trends to determine the best approach to attract and retain clients. Your role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, generating leads, and assisting with the overall growth of the company.



Responsibilities:



Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones Identify potential clients and conduct market research to determine their needs and preferences Create and maintain a database of potential clients and contacts Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners Generate leads and follow up to convert potential clients into actual clients Collaborate with the management team to set sales goals and develop initiatives to achieve them Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth Continuously monitor and report on the company's sales performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement Develop marketing materials and campaigns to promote our services and increase brand awareness Attend networking events and conferences to represent the company and build connections Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative

Requirements:



No experience needed - training is given Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques
