Job Description

We're a fast-growing Electrical and renewable energy company delivering solar installations, EV charging solutions, and soon launching our own line of eco pods and general building services. We're looking for a motivated and organised Sales & Marketing Assistant to support daily operations, social media, and client management.

You'll work directly alongside our Managing Director, supporting both sales and project coordination to help grow our reach and keep projects moving smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:

Sales & Admin Support

Track and manage sales leads through our CRM system (Tradify) Maintain a live sales tracker, ensuring all client communications are logged and followed up Help generate quotes, book site visits, and convert leads into jobs
Marketing & Social Media

Create and post engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and YouTube. Support basic design, photo/video updates, and marketing campaigns Monitor messages and enquiries from social channels
Operational Coordinations

Liaise daily with engineers to coordinate jobs and manage their diaries Schedule installations and keep clients informed throughout the process Act as the link between the MD, engineers, and customers
Who We're Looking For

Sales Driven with performance Commission bonus's Confident communicator with good written and spoken English Comfortable using admin tools or CRM systems (we'll train on Tradify) Basic social media/content experience (Canva, Instagram, etc.) Highly organised and proactive - you enjoy getting things done Interested in sustainability, energy, or construction (not essential, but a plus!)

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 40 per week
