Responsibilities:
As part of the marketing team, you'll work closely with sales colleagues across global markets to deliver a high-impact lead generation and nurturing strategy. Your focus will be turning qualified leads and engaged followers into real sales opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Designing and managing customer journeys in marketing and CRM systems
  • Building automated campaigns, outreach sequences, and workflows that nurture leads at scale
  • Tracking performance, optimising conversions, and reporting on key funnel metrics
  • Collaborating with sales to ensure Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) are warm, informed, and ready to close
  • Engaging directly with leads via email, phone, or chat to support their journey through the pipeline
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Proven experience in B2B lead nurturing and generation
  • Confident working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce experience is an advantage)
  • Skilled in using LinkedIn, Google tools, and data insights to identify and convert prospects
  • Comfortable owning lead communications - automated and personal - across multiple channels
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with both sales and marketing teams
