About The Role
Role Responsibilities
The Sales and Marketing Executive will support the hotel's commercial success by executing sales strategies, developing engaging marketing campaigns, and nurturing client relationships. Reporting to the General Manager and working alongside the Revenue and Operations teams, this role blends hands-on marketing content creation with proactive business development.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms to promote rooms, dining, meetings, and events.
Manage the hotel's social media accounts, website content, and email marketing to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Create promotional content, including brochures, ads, blogs, and social media posts, aligned with seasonal campaigns and hotel events.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, travel agents, corporate clients, and event planners.
Support the planning and delivery of sales initiatives, including B2B outreach, show rounds, and trade events.
Maintain and update marketing and CRM databases.
Track campaign performance metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
Liaise with external partners (PR, design, digital agencies) as required.
Collaborate closely with the Revenue Manager to align promotions with pricing and demand strategies.

Required Criteria
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), email marketing tools, and CRM systems.
Familiarity with the local Belfast market and hospitality landscape is an advantage.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
Photography, video, or graphic design skills are a plus.
