Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth; as well as identifying new sales leads and opportunities. We are seeking to appoint someone by late Feb.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Identify, market and execute new business opportunities.
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained throughout the sales process.
Manage inbound and outbound leads.
Reporting direct to our CEO
Create engaging marketing content including social posts and assist with website updates.
Track marketing analytics, providing insights on engagement, audience growth, and campaign performance.
Manage and grow our online presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns targeting B2B clients to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Manage relationships with clients and partners through effective communication and personalised engagement strategies.
Prepare detailed reports on marketing activities, analysing data to optimise future initiatives.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business growth
Candidate Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and/or marketing business roles
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Highly organised with strong project and time management skills.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
Strong communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly and persuasively.
A proactive attitude with a passion for innovative sales & marketing solutions.
Social Media Management and content creation skills
Digital Marketing and Event Planning skills
Part time would be considered for the right candidate.
