Sales & Marketing Executive

About Murrayshall

Set in 365 acres of stunning Perthshire countryside, Murrayshall offers a luxurious country house experience in the heart of Scotland, just 3 miles from the cultural city of Perth. The Estate is undertaking a period of growth capitalising on the glorious estate surrounding the hotel. We have invested heavily in new machinery with continued golf course developments. With the latest release being 22 Armadilla pods, marking a new era of luxury and comfort for the Estate. This investment continues after adding 3 spa treatment room as well as a Pursuits area with quad bike, archery and axe throwing and with our award winning restaurant Eolas, making Murrayshall the perfect destination for leisure or corporate.

Main Responsibilities

The role will consist of 50% sales and 50% marketing;

Working along with 3rd party support to increase knowledge in both marketing and sales;

Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing to create campaigns to win new business and grow existing accounts;

Manage social media, website and digital advertising;

Implement effective sales techniques to meet or exceed targets;

Track results and identify opportunities to improve;

Build trust and loyalty through consistent communication and support;

Collaborate with sales and events teams, along with the wider operations teams to align strategies;

Taking direction from the Head of Sales and Marketing to drive sales and marketing of the Resort forward.

About You

Competence

Proven sales/marketing experience (Hospitality background a plus);

Knowledge of digital tools (social, email, Google Ads, CRM).

Essential Skills

You should be a confident communicator, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively;
You will be proactive, determined and commercially minded;

Excellent negotiation skills on closing deals and handling objections effectively; Excellent time management with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and clients efficiently;
A professional and engaging demeanour.
