Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for sales, marketing, and all things delicious? ShakeiiShakeii, the trendsetting destination for shakes and treats, is searching for an energetic and innovative Sales & Marketing Executive to join our vibrant team onsite at our flagship outlet!

What You'll Do:

Work directly at our outlet, where the magic happens daily Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns--think social media, events, and promotions that get people talking Engage with customers, create unforgettable in-store experiences, and turn every visit into a celebration Convert curious customers into loyal Shakeii enthusiasts Drive sales growth: Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns, promotions, and events that get people talking (and sipping!) Build our brand: Take charge of our social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Create thumb-stopping content that captures us, showcases our delicious creations, and drives customers through our doors. Analyse and adapt: Track sales, gather feedback, and use your insights to keep us ahead of the curve Fuel the Sales Engine: You'll be the catalyst for our growth. By analysing customer trends, training our team on new promotions, and engaging directly with patrons, you'll turn sips / bites into loyal fans and sales into success stories. Collaborate with a passionate team: Work closely with management and staff to deliver top-notch service and innovative offerings Engage with suppliers and orders that improves the sales for Shakeii

Who You Are:

Self-motivated, energetic, and ready to make an impact onsite at our outlet Experienced in sales and marketing (F&B or retail experience is a big plus!) Proven track record in B2C sales with natural relationship-building abilities Social media savvy, with a knack for creating buzz both online and offline Creative, proactive, and always ready to try new ideas Willing and excited to work onsite at our outlet, engaging directly with our awesome customers and have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Comfortable with analytics tools and performance metrics
