Responsibilities



Conduct in-depth research

within our database to identify high-value prospects ("gold") and promising leads.

Assess and pre-qualify leads

based on their potential value and alignment with our sales strategy.

Engage potential leads proactively

through cold calling, initiating conversations, and identifying new business opportunities.

Collaborate seamlessly

with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective communication and goal alignment.

Enhance sales operations

by managing data entry, updating CRM records, and tracking lead progress.

Contribute to strategic brainstorming sessions

to develop innovative methods for identifying new business opportunities.

Provide comprehensive support

to the sales and marketing teams, ensuring smooth execution of initiatives.

Requirements



Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and precision. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. An interest in sales, business development, or marketing as a career path. Passion for aviation or luxury travel is a bonus, but not essential.
