Seeking a dynamic IT Sales and Marketing Manager to drive our company's growth and market presence to new heights!

Join our team and take charge of our sales and marketing initiatives in the ever-evolving tech landscape and help us to bring our new Carbon Neutral Datacenter product to market.

Must be local to Bishop's Stortford/ Essex/ Hertfordshire area. Primarily Working from Home Role - Hybrid based from our office when needed.

Pay: 27k per year (Dependent on experience) with a basic OTE of 55k p/annum

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and relationship building.

Cross party working to develop compelling marketing campaigns, collateral, and sales materials for our new range.

Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine our product offerings and positioning.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.

Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitor activities to inform our sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in IT sales and marketing, with a track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.

Strong understanding of technology products and services, with the ability to articulate value propositions to diverse audiences. We want someone who believes in our products, and see's the value of Carbon-Neutral Technology in the IT world.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.

Results-oriented attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
