We're a growing restaurant chain with plans to expand, and we're looking for an energetic Sales Manager to grow with us. This full-time role is
35 hours a week, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities: Revenue & Sales
Develop and deliver a clear sales strategy to grow restaurant revenue.
Manage table allocations in coordination with the Reservations team based in Sri Lanka.
Secure group bookings, private dining, and special events (corporate and social).
Manage key accounts and nurture repeat business with local businesses, hotels, and community partners.
Proactively prospect for new business opportunities, including corporate lunches, parties, and seasonal events.
Collaborate with restaurant management to optimise packages (set menus, drinks deals, party packages).
Track and monitor KPIs, producing weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
PR & Marketing Support
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales targets with campaigns and promotions.
Generate local PR opportunities through press coverage, influencer outreach, and community engagement.
Represent the restaurant at networking events, trade shows, and food/drink festivals.
Play an active role in social media marketing and content creation.
Support planning and execution of launch events, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities.
Team & Service Support
Train front-of-house staff in upselling techniques (drinks, sides, desserts, premium packages).
Motivate teams to meet sales targets and deliver excellent guest engagement.
Share customer feedback with kitchen and service teams to enhance food and service offerings.
