Role Overview
The Sales & Marketing Executive will play a key role in developing and maintaining customer relationships, supporting sales growth, and assisting with day-to-day sales administration. The role will also involve coordinating marketing initiatives to raise brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customers, managing enquiries and building strong relationships.
Proactively reach out to new and existing customers to develop business opportunities.
Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Support the Managing Director with sales administration, including preparing quotes, managing order paperwork, and keeping the CRM system up to date.
Assist in the planning and delivery of marketing activities, such as email campaigns, social media posts, trade show support, and promotional materials.
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, and operations) to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and delivered.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in sales, account management, or marketing (ideally in manufacturing, automotive, or related sectors, but not essential).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Organised, with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ideally some experience with CRM systems.
A proactive and motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
