Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives. Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our offerings. Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation. Manage project timelines, ensuring all marketing initiatives are delivered on time and within scope. Utilise Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking campaign performance metrics. Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to communicate strategies and results to stakeholders. Collaborate with IT to ensure marketing tools and platforms are optimised for performance. Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners through effective communication and engagement strategies. Organise promotional events and campaigns that align with business goals while managing time effectively to meet deadlines.

Experience

Proven experience in a sales or marketing management role, preferably within a B2B environment. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively. Excellent analytical skills with experience in market research and data interpretation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, inspiring teams towards achieving common goals. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction at all levels of the organisation.
