Are you driven by a dynamic, high-energy fitness environment? We're on the lookout for a passionate Sales and Operations Manager to join our growing team.

Your role as Sales & Operations Manager:

Drive membership growth, optimising day-to-day operations, and creating a first-class experience for our members

Lead from the front to achieve membership sales targets and drive lead generation initiatives

Support marketing campaigns, outreach events, and in-club promotions
Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the club

Consistently hit KPIs related to membership growth and club operations
Ensure all operational standards are met

Handling member queries, escalations, and ensuring retention strategies are implemented Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies Ensure club management software is updated and maintained effectively Maintain outstanding service levels to enhance the member journey
