Job description
This is an opportunity to lead the operations team who manages customer experience for customer purchasing and collections of all Magicard sales from our UK, SGP and China warehouses. Optimising the sales process through data analysis, process improvement, and sales forecasting to drive revenue growth. This would be a fixed term contract for maternity cover starting from January 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the sales operations team.
Leadership, communication, and coordination.
Plan with the manufacturing team to meet business plan objectives and quality standards.
Plan with the warehouse and supply chain to optimise lead times and service levels.
Ensure timely delivery of manufactured goods.
Ensure component inventory, output and regional hub on-hand stock according to customer demand and inventory targets.
Establish and maintain a capacity plan to ensure the factory Operations are capable of meeting forecast demand.
Implement process improvements and establish a lean culture.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on business measures and service status to give early warnings.
Plan and lead projects with the sales team and planning.
Coach and appraise staff, fostering a positive and motivated team environment.
Profile
Experience of production planning, people leadership and managing customer experience.
Strong Problem Solving, data analytic and project skills experience.
Strong Customer Focus and drive for results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Global logistics and best practice skills.
Ability to work in matrix corporate environments with de-centralized on-site services and colleagues from across the globe.
