Charlton Grant Ltd, a well-established and growing media company specialising in publishing and event management is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales and Partnerships Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to play a key role in achieving sales-driven targets, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. The key responsibilities include:

Achieve and exceed sales-driven targets, including advertising and sponsorship revenue across our portfolio of industry magazines and events, across law, insurance and property. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders Identify and secure new business opportunities through strategic outreach, networking, and partnership development. Work closely with the editorial and marketing team to align sales strategies with content and audience growth initiatives. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing ensuring a high standard of client service throughout. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and maintain our market position. Represent Charlton Grant Ltd at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brands and partnerships.
Your core competencies and background will include:

Must have proven experience in sales, business development, or partnerships Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, including advertising, sponsorship, and event revenue. Commercially minded with the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities and revenue streams. Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills, with a proactive client-focused approach. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and deliver results under tight deadlines
Personal Specification
We are looking for a focused, personable, and consultative salesperson who builds lasting relationships through understanding and insight--not hard selling. Confident, organised, and self-motivated, you are driven by commission and eager to maximise earnings.

Competitive basic salary of 38,000-43,000 per year, with the opportunity to earn unlimited commission through uncapped on-target earnings.

Based at our rural office location with no public transport links, so a full driving licence and regular use of your own vehicle is essential.
