Job Summary:



We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Sales and Relationship Executive to support our sales growth and manage ongoing client relationships. This role involves 50% new business development and 50% account management supporting our strategic Serviced Apartment Agents and Travel Management clients, expanding our QIG brand's reach and driving sustainable revenue growth through our 3 business, London - Aeria, Q Apartments portfolio and Q Global Network.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, confident in communication, people oriented, motivated by building lasting partnerships and enjoy socialising.

The position Is based in our London HQ - Nine Elms and will report to our Head of Global Sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. Initiate contact with decision-makers via email, phone calls, and social media platforms. Qualify leads and schedule meetings and managing the sales 360 cycle.

Client Relationship Management:



Serve as a day-to-day contact for Serviced Apartments Agents and Travel Management Company for London - Aeria and Copenhagen - Q Apartments portfolio, ensuring prompt and professional communication. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to support satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Support & Reporting:



Maintain accurate records in the HubSpot system, including contact information, meeting notes, and deal stages. Track performance metrics (pipeline, conversion rates, outreach activity). Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports. Attend industry events or client meetings as needed to represent the brand and develop new contacts. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities. Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies and campaign execution. Provide feedback to leadership to inform service development and positioning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Confidence in speaking with senior decision-makers and building new relationships. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous knowledge with HubSpot and Microsoft Office is desirable. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Tourism & Hospitality management or a related field. Experience in corporate housing, real state, hospitality, travel agency management company, relocation management. Fluent in Arabic or German will be a plus
