21060.00 to 25,715.26 per annum plus OTE bonus opportunity

The normal working hours are 40.5 hours per week, worked over 5 days: 4 weekdays and either a Saturday or Sunday.

to join our dynamic team as the first point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, youll be supporting customers through one of their most exciting purchases, providing expert assistance over the phone with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

Key responsibilities:



Customer Interaction

: You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls with a focus on exceptional service.

Problem Solving

: Your goal is to make the process easy for the customer by offering solutions to any issues that arise.

Customer Excitement

: You'll be helping customers during a significant purchase, meaning you'll need to match their excitement and enthusiasm.

No Prior Car Knowledge Needed

: The role offers fully paid training, so you dont need to be an expert in cars, just have a positive and friendly attitude.
