, there may be occasional requirements to provide support at our

An organised and analytical mindset is key, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience using
HubSpot
or similar CRM systems would be highly advantageous, alongside strong computer literacy.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and via email.
Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.
Manage and update customer information using HubSpot CRM.
Assist with showroom presentation and ensure a welcoming, professional environment.
Offer detailed product knowledge and guidance to customers.
Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve sales and service goals.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Proven organisational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confidence using computers, Microsoft Office, and ideally HubSpot CRM.
Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred.
A proactive, adaptable approach with a willingness to learn.

Monday to Friday:
9:30 am - 4:30 pm
Alternate Saturdays:
10:30 am - 3:30 pm
