We're seeking a Sales and Showroom Support

professional to join our team in

Sandbach

. This is a

full-time, on-site position

that combines showroom-based sales with administrative and customer support.

The role involves welcoming customers to the showroom, offering expert advice on our range of products, and managing the sales process from initial enquiry to completion. In addition to customer-facing responsibilities, the position also includes

office-based support

, such as answering telephone and email enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.

While this position is primarily based at our

Sandbach showroom

, there may be occasional requirements to provide support at our

Wilmslow site

.

An organised and analytical mindset is key, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience using

HubSpot

or similar CRM systems would be highly advantageous, alongside strong computer literacy.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and via email. Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks. Manage and update customer information using HubSpot CRM. Assist with showroom presentation and ensure a welcoming, professional environment. Offer detailed product knowledge and guidance to customers. Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve sales and service goals.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong communication and customer service abilities. Proven organisational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Confidence using computers, Microsoft Office, and ideally HubSpot CRM. Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred. A proactive, adaptable approach with a willingness to learn.

Hours & Schedule

Monday to Friday:

9:30 am - 4:30 pm

Alternate Saturdays:

10:30 am - 3:30 pm Average total:

approximately 37.5 hours per week

With a range of approximately 25 products, all customisable, we cater for all. From a basic garden shed or a stunning cedar-clad outdoor room. Our showroom in Cheshire has 60 buildings on display. We happily serve customers within a 40-mile radius of our showroom, offering our products and services to help them create their perfect outdoor space.
