Job Overview

The Sales Retail Apprentice is expected to promote Ariston UK's full range of products across Ariston, ELCO and ATAG brands, offering our range of products through the retail sales channel within the heating and renewable industry.

The core objective will be to maintain up to date records and analysis of sales data to assist E Commerce and Retail channel strategy through identifying market trends, price comparatives and customer requirements. There will be the opportunity to attend Sales meetings, develop presentations and network effectively to enhance brand awareness and support an increase in sales revenue.

You will demonstrate commitment from application to completion of the Sales Apprenticeship, which is a 2 year course, offering a recognised qualification once completed.

Duties

Price comparison and analysis to assist with E Commerce and Retail channel strategy.
Customer communication on E Commerce platforms to support when needed

Collaboration with Sales Office, within the Logistics department, to support successful end to end customer relations.

Support in product launches and product data input to Marketplace platforms.

Collect and complete supplier commitment programs when requested.

Awareness of competitor products and market trends, to ensure we stay ahead of the market, as well as establishing and maintaining relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.

CRM management and review in relation to Sales information.

Excel management and review in relation to Sales data.

Attendance at events and tradeshows in support of both Sales and Marketing.

Product knowledge within the industry, with clear understanding of USPs and technical information in respect of boilers, heat pumps and water heaters across commercial and domestic.

Demonstrated ability to discuss all brands within Ariston UK (Ariston, Elco, ATAG) with familiarity and ease, including the full product range within each brand.

Understanding of industry legislation and ethical best practices.

Any other reasonable tasks as assigned within the sales area of responsibility.

Job requirements

Competent in the full Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word etc.)

Competent in written and oral communication

Ability to input, analyse, output and present data

Job Type: Apprenticeship

Pay: 18,000.00-22,000.00 per year
