About the opportunity

The role will initially be an administration support role, working on the following:

Booking RFQs into the system. Updating trackers. Chasing supplier quotes. Other ad-hoc administrative tasks.
The role will develop into a Sales Engineer role with duties that include:

Understanding customers' engineering. Breaking down bills of material. Understanding how to read a drawing. Understanding Hyde's manufacturing capabilities. Understanding different commodities and how we can offer a solution to each. Able to manage quotations. Communicate with customers and suppliers.

Key Skills

Enthusiastic, with a can-do attitude. Attention to detail. Willingness to succeed. Work as part of a busy department. Must have GCSE English and Maths grade 4 or higher.
