You will be joining our skilled sales team, assisting in nurturing customer relationships, attracting new business, and contributing to the overall success and growth of our firm. This position will afford you the opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of sales techniques, customer service, negotiation, and business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the sales team in meeting sales targets. Working closely with the sales department to facilitate customer inquiries and handle complaints. Assisting the sales team in maintaining customer relationships and maximizing customer retention. Contributing to business development activities to drive sales and profitability. Preparing and presenting sales reports and performance metrics. Engaging in training to develop your sales and professional skills.
Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong communication skills with a flair for negotiating. A team player with high level of dedication. An aptitude for problem-solving and the ability to handle pressure and challenging situations. Aptitude for learning about products and services and describing/explaining them to prospects. Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is advantageous.
