The Whisky Shop is the UK's largest specialist whisky retailer on the High Street with 25 stores including London and Paris.

We are now looking to expand our team of dedicated Whisky Ambassadors and Customer Assistants at our flagship store on Piccadilly , Central London.

We are offering full time hours, working five days per week.

We operate Monday to Sunday and are looking for flexibility as all staff must be available to work any of these days.

The person we employ must be over 18 years of age due to the nature of the product we sell.

We are looking for experienced retailers in a similar specialist environment. A knowledge of the drinks, wines and spirits or food industries could be beneficial but all experienced specialist retailers will be considered.

As well as offering great customer service and advice on the wide range of products we sell there are many other general retail duties you will be expected to undertake. Till processes including cash handling, deliveries both mail order from the shop and receiving stocks, (please note this can mean manual heavy lifting), general and good housework duties to ensure a clean and safe environment at all times.

We offer services such as Mail Order, Click and Collect, Whisky Auction, Tasting Events, The W-Club and you will need to train in each of these areas.

Overall we are looking for people with a desire to succeed, a passion for retail, a willingness to learn and to have the confidence to take on all the above tasks.
