Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain an organised display of merchandise to enhance the shopping experience. Answer customer queries regarding products and services, providing knowledgeable information. Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and organisation. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction. Utilise basic maths skills for handling cash and processing payments. Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone.

Skills

Proficiency in English is essential; Spanish language skills are highly desirable for effective communication with a diverse clientele. Strong organisational skills to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to sell products effectively while understanding customer needs. Basic maths skills for accurate transaction processing. Excellent time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed promptly. Strong phone etiquette to provide excellent service during telephonic interactions. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour
