Sales Assistant / Customer Service - Part Time or Full Time
Hello, we are looking for a sales assistant to work in our garden centre shop based just outside of Harrogate.
We sell products in store and online, our website is www.gardenfurniture.co.uk.
In store we sell houseplants, gifts, cards, bird care and garden furniture. Online we sell garden furniture nationwide.
We are looking for a full time member of staff to join our small friendly team.
The Role Responsibilities will include;
Help with customer enquires, in store and online
Answer customer queries and questions by email
Help give customer updates on delivery times
Take payments at the checkout
Price Stock
Display stock
Water Plants ( no prior knowledge needed )
Help with deliveries
Skills required
Well Spoken
Excellent Telephone Manner
Computer Literate ( able to use our website and courier website )
Friendly Personality
Able to work in a small team
Able to provide good customer service
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.30-12.90 per hour
