Alexanders is a leading, independent, forward-thinking, premium estate agent with four offices across the East Midlands and further offices planned. We are looking for a client host/receptionist to join our dynamic, talented team on a mission to become the undisputed No 1 agent in the East Midlands and so experience is essential. You should be well presented, be an excellent communicator with a passion for property and ( delete be ) naturally driven. We are an experienced team and thrive as 'one' ensuring we work in unison to exceed client expectations and help each other to deliver the best possible service and results for our clients.
The ideal candidate will:
Be smart, alert and enthusiastic Have an excellent telephone manner Provide exemplary customer service Estate Agency experience or within the property industry Work effectively as part of a successful team Experience with Vebra/ Reapit/Dezrez or similar CRM software (an advantage) Hold a full UK driving licence
Job Type: Full-time 9am - 5.30pm plus weekend availability
( 9am - 1pm )
