About the Role

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, creating an inviting shopping experience for our customers. Your role will include:

Delivering outstanding customer service by assisting customers, answering enquiries, and offering personalised product recommendations. Staying updated on the latest fashion trends and product details to provide expert advice. Collaborating with the team to drive sales by restocking merchandise and maintaining attractive displays. Ensuring the store is visually appealing and well-organised at all times. Assisting with digital inventory control, including receiving and processing shipments. Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently. Upholding company policies and maintaining a clean and tidy environment. Previous experience in retail is a bonus, but not essential
Contract Details:

Working Pattern: Full Time (40 hours per week) Working Hours: Monday to Saturday from 9:30 am to 5:30pm and Sunday from 11 am to 5pm Location: 94 Peascod St, Windsor. Salary: Highly competitive salary with extensive benefits.
