You will need:-

An excellent listener who takes the time to understand the customer needs

To ask the right questions to establish those needs to ensure the customers leave with the right product for them.

Have a passion for delivering great customer service

A driven and keen attitude to learn new skills as we as thriving whilst working in an encouraging team.

To be reliable and punctual.

Be happy to go that extra mile.

The role is permanent and the working hours are 21 per week, including weekends. Shift patters are 9.30 am - 5.00 pm, 9.30 am - 6.00 pm (Saturday's) or 10.00 - 5.00 pm (Sunday's) on a rota basis.
