Overview

We are seeking Sales Assistants to join our team at Leading Labels in Castle Quarter, Norwich. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while assisting in the daily operations of the store.

The store is looking to open the first week of October.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is well-displayed and stocked. Process transactions accurately and efficiently through the tills Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction. Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail or sales is good but not essential; a willingness to learn is key and there is full training from experienced staff Strong communication skills Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 16 per week
